IolarParticipantIts been forever but I want to get back to blogging and some studies. I’ve finished upgrading my site to the latest themeco x release and I’m on revolution slider version 5.3.0. Since updating, my headmast slider doesn’t seem to be resizing on smartphones. It does size correctly on normal screens but if you resize after it runs, it doesn’t resize. Basically it appears its not responsive.. The config in the slider looks good and I couldn’t find anything in the forum so I thought I’d ask =)
thanks team!October 25, 2016 at 7:20 am #1229716

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
You can try with the following plugins to clear the cache. It’s necessary to clear cache of your theme after making an update to it.
– W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
– WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/Let us know if this doesn’t help, we’d be happy to further investigate the issue!
Thanks for understanding!

IolarParticipantHi,
I’ve tried clearing the cache but I’m still seeing the same issues

IolarParticipantHey,
Just a further note, I think this is a browser issue with Chrome (I’ve version 54.0.2840.71 installed) and Internet Explorer (I’ve version 11.10240 installed). I believe the mobile one is working though =)

Themepunch confirmed about the issue and will release and update within 24 hours as they said. Kindly wait a bit or try to downgrade to previous version. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and trying to get the fix as soon as possible from the plugin developers.
