    Hi, I have checked everything possible. Slider is not set to be hidden on mobile devices but still not showing on the mobile and tablets. I have already provided the login to my site in my first thread on your forum, can you please look into the issue?

    Thanks for writing in.

    We recommend providing credentials on every thread when needed. Some topics can get longer and will be harder to track it.

    Hi there,

    It seems your slider only have video background which is disabled on mobile devices by default due to performance issue. If you use poster image then that will be shown on mobile instead. Since video slider won’t work; you might try different slider for mobile or disable for mobile.
