Todd ZParticipantAlso:
I cannot even access any of the slider settings in slider revolution. When clicking on the different slider setting they do not expand to show the setting options.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Could you please take a backup of your current sliders and provide us with your FTP information to investigate this issue further.
Thanks!

LelyModeratorHi Todd,
Unfortunately, I am not able to connect to your hosting. See attached screenshot for the error.
Loading the page display the following error on the console:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0 http://www.call24.com/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js?ver=5.2.5.3 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.call24.com/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js?ver=5.2.5.3 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.call24.com/wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/css/settings.css?ver=5.2.5.3 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)As you can see, there are files that can’t be loaded that resulting from revslider from working. We want to check via FTP if the files is indeed missing from the location. If it is, we need to reinstall revolution slider because it is corrupted. Please remove revslider folder via FTP on this location wp-content/plugins. Then reinstall it via Addons again. If we the file is indeed present on the location stated on the error, this might be permission error. Please check in with your hosting provider about this.
Hope this helps.

Thomas FParticipantI’m having the same issue after the upgrade. Moving and reinstalling the plugin lead to the same error. This update seems to be broken.
June 10, 2016 at 8:52 am #1035874
Thomas FParticipantIt seems like the installation routine of the plugin is broken. The assets.zip is not extracted (wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/assets.zip). Manually extracting it fixed the issue.

Todd ZParticipantThanks Thomas F!
I manually installed the plugin via ftp after extracting and now it works!
This was the ONLY way I could fix the problem.
Thanks again,
Todd

dsm_wpParticipantI am also having the same problem! Guess I’ll try extracting & installing.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please do the following:
Via FTP go to the folder in wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/ find asset.zip. So you have to unzip it and load it manually to your webspace to the appropriate place.
This is happening in a few installations and we are still investigating why.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao
