Paul RModeratorHi,
1. You can try this third party plugin
Disable Comments – Remove Comments & Stop Spam [Multi-Site Support]
2. Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

re.freschParticipantThanks for the “Disable Comments” plug-in.
Concerning point 2, I can’t get the blog TILES (see index page sample:) http://re.kunsty.ee/insights/
to load my custom CSS, i.e. the titles are not adhering to my h1,h2, etc. I have reset all the typography to pick up my own custom (non-wp fonts) and it’s working on all pages that I can edit. However, it’s not working on the blog tile page as referenced above. Where can I edit the fonts/CSS used for this view? When a blog page is open, it’s ok and picks up my CSS values. It’s just on the Tile page it doesn’t work.
Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
I don’t see your CSS being added for titles here http://re.kunsty.ee/insights/
But you may add this,
.brasilia .tg-item-title, .brasilia .tg-item-title a { font-family: "Trilogy Egyptian Heavy", 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; }Those titles are just standard text and links.
Thanks!
