JurgaRParticipantHello,
I noticed that revolution slider stopped showing on all posts on my site. It still shows ok on the pages. We tried several different devices and browsers (cleared cache, etc) and it only works on safari, but not on chrome, edge, firefox.
Could you please point me in the right direction as to where the problem might be?
Thanks a lot.
Best regards, Jurga

JurgaRParticipantJust to clarify. This happened today, this afternoon actually. I didn’t change anything on the website – no new plugins, not even updates. I even restored plugins to how it was yesterday, in case I forgot something, but it’s still not working. Very very strange. Even more strange that it works ok on safari…

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
By the way, this is what I see when viewing those pages:

JurgaRParticipantHi Rue, thanks for checking. The screenshots you sent are indeed ok, for the post as well. I see that today it works here too. Have no idea what happened. I cleared all cache, etc. Maybe it had to something to do with all of the problems on the Internet yesterday with so many big sites affected as well.
Anyway, thank you.Now that I have your attention, one more question. I added these sliders like months ago and if I remember well I had to go through a child theme for the ones on the posts. But I have no idea where or how I did it, only know how to add/remove the ones on pages 🙂 If I ever want to remove the slider from the posts, where do I look for it?
Thanks a lot!

JurgaRParticipantHello, I want to come back on this old issue that is happening again. I already removed all revolution sliders from my site because of constant problems, except one – full screen image on the home page. It shows ok on Safari, but not on any other browsers. I checked with GeoPeeker and only one of the 6 locations show my site as it should be – with the big picture slider on the home page.
I guess it’s some plugin conflict, or can it be anything else? Revolution slider is so unstable, I have nothing but problems with it. Is there any other way to place a big responsive image using Cornerstone? I don’t even necessarily need a full screen image, just an image with text that would look ok on all screens. Please advise.November 29, 2016 at 4:18 am #1274428
JurgaRParticipantIgnore this please, since I got no reply, I opened a new thread. Thanks
