    Hi there,

    I had a slider on my homepage and I went into the Revolution Slider and deleted the slider. Now it has messed up my entire home page. You can see the screenshots attached.

    I’ve determined that the problem is definitely coming from the Revolution Slider plugin. If I disable it- the problem goes away. However I want to be able to use the Revolution Slider: so can you please help me fix this problem so that I can use the slider and my homepage restores back to normal!

    Hi there,

    Please update both x and cornerstone plugin as this may fix the issue.

    Thanks for the fast response.
    I’ve updated both- unfortunately it didn’t work!

    Any other ideas?

    Hi there,

    Looks like there is an internal server error, would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?

    The scripts aren’t fully loaded (cut off) when displaying the preview and it’s only possible if there is internal error.

    Hi There,

    FTP credentials will allow us to access your files from your hosting provider. We can access the physical file of your site through this. If you don’t have this yet, you can ask your hosting provider to give you one.
