    Hallo,

    my Revolution Sliders will not load on my page anymore after i updated it. I have tried to deactivate jetpack and the cache plugin. I have also tried to save the slider again but it did not helt. And I have tried to make a new one wich does not work either.

    You can see on this page that the slider will not work: http://elevakademiet.dk/holdundervisning-aarhus/

    I can see that it says my installed version is 5.3.0 and that the latest available version is 5.3.0.1 but I can’t update to that version anywhere

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I can’t see any slider set for this page. Are you using the slider within any section or set above/below masthead? It would be better if you provide your login credentials in a private reply so that we can check your setup.

    I removed the slider becuase i need to get the site live. But strangely the slider function now works agian. I haven’t done anything else than what i wrote.

    Hi there,

    I got the same issue. After updating to the revolution slider version 5.3.0.1 the slider basically blanked out (and has not revived on its own yet). I didn’t change anything in the slider settings or such – it’s just not loading but showing a white full screen. I’m using wordpress 4.6.1 and run the the “X” version 4.6.4.
    Do you know what causes the problem or how to fix it?
    Or shall I provide my website login?

    Hi there,

    We have released an update of Revolution Slider (v5.3.0.2), to fix most of the issues reported by the users recently. Please make sure to take a backup of your sliders, update your revolution slider plugin and then you can re-import your sliders.

    Also make sure to clear your cache before testing your site.
