Hi,

I have an issue with my Revolution Slider not showing following an udpate.

About Preserving Clydesdale Horse Traditions

Wordpress Version: Latest (hosted and managed by host.theme.co)
X Version: 4.6.4
Cornerstone: Version 1.3.3

Issue: Everything updated to latest version and Revolution Slider has disappeared on home page.

I only use one slider in hero mode on the front page for this site, which is very straight-forward. I’ve tried creating a new slider, moving scripts to footer in Slider Revolution Global Settings and have the following error message in the Javascript console:

The slider is referenced in the page settings (below masthead) and has worked perfectly before this update.

I’m wondering if it’s perhaps a permissions issue?

As you already know I have performed a downgrade of your Revolution Slider Plugin.

Is there an estimated time when this plugin will be fixed – so we can upgrade back up to the current version of Revolution Slider?
Is Themeco working on a fix? or are we relying on ThemePunch for a solution?

Hi There,

We are working with Theme Punch and we expect to fix it as soon as possible, it is hapenning in very isolated installations and we are still investigating the roots of the problem.

In the meanwhile if you would like to downgrade your Revolution Slider you can download it from this link :

https://www.dropbox.com/s/5poy9ywysds1tfr/revslider%20%281%29.zip?dl=0

Acess your site via FTP and go to Wp-Content/Plugins/ and replace the RevSlider Folder.

I posted this here incase Hosting Support wasn’t the right way to go.
