Rebekah NParticipantHi there 😉
I’m having an issue with a revolution slider on chrome for mac. The slider is presenting a black layer (I don’t know where this coming from) and covering the video. The slider appears to be working on safari for mac and on PC.
Thanks so much for your help.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in and the very detailed post information. I have checked your site and it appears that you are using .mov video file. Please take note that now all browser or users will be able to see this video format. The best web practive in using a video is by converting it to .mp4, .webm or .ogv file format.
An “.mp4” version of your video is mandatory, and will work almost everywhere except Firefox on Macs. Because of this, it’s also important to include an alternative version of the video, which can be either “WEBM” or “OGV”. Firefox on Mac supports both of these, so you only need one or the other.
Here’s a free tool you can use to create “ogv” and “webm” versions of your video. you can use to create “ogv” and “webm” versions of your video.
To know more about how you can insert the correct video formats, please check the documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/video-layers/
Hope this helps.
