    Hello,

    The Revolution slider background layer video crashes/stops after about 5 seconds and it reverts to the main background image/video. It does this on both desktop and mobile. I have deleted the slider and made a new one twice and both times it happens again.

    Funny thing is that it works fine for the first 10 minutes or so every time.

    Hi there,

    Your video file displays fine, please check the attachments. If you want to never stop the video, enable ‘Loop video’ option from ‘Source settings’ tab.
