Hi there,
1.) I was trying to reduce the height of sliders that were set by using Revolution Slider but it didn’t work. I tried Slider Settings>Slide Layout>min 250 px ( in the attached file slider.png). I used Carousel Slider and Auto Slider. But looking at the toggle tools the height of the slider is 595.522 in the attached file slider image height.png.
2.) I would like to set the box like this websitte http://www.strawberryandblue.com/. I found them from this forum and they set the boxes in the attached file images box.png as I like to set on my website. I used Visual Composer and I applied these elements – container, images and text but it didn’t appear as I want see in the attached file images box to be fixed.png.
Any suggestions please.

Please remove the minimum height, instead change your grid size’s height. Minimum is only a minimum value but it can be greater. Since your grid height is 868px, that means the minimum height is no use.
And disable Respect Aspect Ratio, else, height will change as width change.

Thanks for your suggestion. What is your suggestion for the question 2 that I raised earlier on.
And, how do I know that my thread has been replied in the forum. Would it be sent to my email address? Can you guide me please? As in some theme support, they have a tick box for a notification in email if it is replied.

The sample URL you have shared use a woocommerce shortcode. That is a product display. To achieve the same look, divide the row into different columns. Then on each columns add PROMO element. Add text and image on the promo element.
By default, when you have replied on the topic, you are not subscribe anymore. If you want to receive notifications, you have to subscribe again by ticking the box for this: Notify me of follow-up replies via email.
