    Hi Guys

    Could you help me out, I just installed the x theme on my new site and want to create a new slider. I have revolution slider activated but when I select it on the dashboard it just keeps loading and I cant access the plugin? is this a common problem?

    Hi there,

    It never loads, and according to my console log, your host/site refused the connection made by my browser. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?

    For the meantime, please contact your hosting provider and see if there are any security feature that blocks the requests specific to slider URL.
