    Hi There

    I have a website in development and am just doing the revolution slider, sliders.

    I have set the grid to 1200 x 350 as I want the max height of the slider to be 350. However the slider is defaulting to a much bigger height ie the image is 1200 x 400 but the slider is not cropping to 1200 x 350

    My question is, does the image have to be the exact height that you want ie 350 in my case, or can it be approximate like 400 and rev slider will crop to your required height as set in the grid.

    Or have I missed a setting completely. The image is set as the background.

    Hi Eileen,

    Thanks for writing in! It would depend on how your slider is setup. It maybe because you have set the image as background or some other setting. It may also be easier to just make sure your images are the right size. If you still run into issues, do let us know. And if so, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
