    I want to have the poster image stay until the video loads. I hope I can get help here. I tried to ask theme punch but it said I only can get support if I buy direct. I am a newbie and i am not sure if it is possible. The site i am working on is http://www.lena.org/dev

    Hi there,

    We can’t control the features or functionality as it’s not our plugin. Also it won’t be possible I believe because there is way to track when the video will load as it will depend on the connection as well. This is something that would be out of the box and not usual feature.
