draben3ParticipantHi, when I try to assign a license to my new website domain, then add the product code in the required box to validate, I always get this message ‘Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.’ and am then unable to proceed, even though the license is no longer linked to any site-that site has been deleted. Can you help?
Thanks.May 22, 2016 at 8:35 am #1003840

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please provide us with themeco account credentials.
It seems like you’ve used this license on another site.
Thanks.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I just assigned your site under your themeco account -> manage licenses, then navigated to WP dashboard and validated your site.
Hope it helps.
