Hi, when I try to assign a license to my new website domain, then add the product code in the required box to validate, I always get this message ‘Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.’ and am then unable to proceed, even though the license is no longer linked to any site-that site has been deleted. Can you help?
    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Please provide us with themeco account credentials.

It seems like you’ve used this license on another site.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I just assigned your site under your themeco account -> manage licenses, then navigated to WP dashboard and validated your site.

    Hope it helps.
