    Hi
    I have revoked the license of keziahhill.com and reassigned it to keziahhill.dbtait.com but I can’t validate X in the new url. I have put in the license number but it says:

    “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

    I have done this but it’s not working.

    Hi there,

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Do you mean go into keziahhill.com and revoke the license and then also revoke it for in my account section here?

    I can’t revoke within the website of keziahhill.com as it no longer exists as a website.

    Hey Deb,

    You can revoke it from your themeco dashbaord and you should be fine if the website doesn’t exist anymore.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your Themeco dashboard and it turns out that you have assign the license to keziahhill.com (http://prntscr.com/biisoq). You can only validate X being installed in your site, keziahhill.com. If you want to validated another site keziahhill.dbtait.com, you can assign this url as your development site under the same license code. Please keep in mind that only assigned url with the license can be validated.

    Please reassign the urls to your license code and revalidate X again.
