jrhager84ParticipantFor some reason today, the rev slider doesn’t show up when you view it on the website. In cornerstone, it’s there. In customizer, it’s there.
I haven’t changed anything, so I’m not sure why it’d do that. Please advise.

jrhager84ParticipantI should also mention that I’ve purged all caches, and even disabled and re-enabled the plugin, to no avail.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WP Fastest Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Hope this helps.

FriechModeratorHi There,
The slider is showing up on my end, actually there are two instance of the same slider above and below the Welcome To Steve’s Landing headline. Was that intended? The issue that I’m seeing is the background-images of your slider does not exist.
Please clear your browser’s cache or try using another browser. And try re-uploading those missing images.
Thanks.
August 29, 2016 at 11:49 pm #1152796
jrhager84ParticipantWhy would those images just disappear? That’s weird. Nothing was ever touched. What would cause that?
August 29, 2016 at 11:56 pm #1152803
jrhager84ParticipantApparently the client decided to poke around and added a 2nd rev slider unknowingly. Having just the one under the banner does *not* show up to me — even the viewport. Is there something that needs to be done to fix that? Take another look.

Paul RModeratorHi,
Can you try re-installing cornerstone plugin.
Login to ftp and navigate to /public_html/wp-content/plugins then delete cornerstone folder.
After that login to wordpress dashboard and navigate to Addons page and cornerstone will be installed automatically.
Thanks
