    Hello,

    I use the plugin via the theme of X
    http://themeforest.net/item/x-the-theme/5871901?s_rank=1

    The plugin is installed but not create slider as if the plugin was not enabled …

    What to do ?

    Hi there,

    Kindly login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins and delete the current revslider directory that is in there.

    Once you have deleted it, login back to your WordPress admin and go to Addons page then reinstall Rev Slider but kindly make sure to validate the theme so that you could install it from there.
