bcneur0ParticipantSo Slider Revolution has been downloaded and made active on WordPress. But it has not been “activated” with the purchase code at this point.
When I go to activate the plugin, and “register” it, the button will not click. When I hover over that button, it clearly shows that it is “clickable,” but no action occurs after clicking it.
Pretty much just want to activate the plugin.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You should be able to activate by going to Wp Admin Dashboard > Plugins
You dint need to validate with a purchase code the Revolution Slider that comes bundled with X, you will have 100% of the functionalities.
Let us know if you need further help.

bcneur0ParticipantUnfortunately, even after doing that, I still cannot create a new slider or have any of the functionalities.
If I go to make a new slider, it still does not let me save anything or get anywhere close to making one.
This theme was actually manually uploaded. Is it possible there is some kind of glitch?
And I still have the message that the plug in not registered. (I have attached an image)
Thoughts?

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not working because Rev. Slider is not properly installed. There are many 404 errors pointing to Rev. Slider files.
Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
For the meantime, please re-install your Rev. Slider and set its folder and file permission to 755.
Thanks!

bcneur0ParticipantHello again,
I am very sorry but I do not think I can give you the FTP login credentials, because this site is for a school and thus for various regulatory reasons, I am not allowed to give that information away. However, we have again reinstalled the plugin, but still it asks me to put in a registration code.
In this case, now the plugin does allow me to make sliders, but is it normal for it to keep asking for the registration code? Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. It should not ask you for registration if your X is validated. You will only see this message – http://prntscr.com/byws9f
And you can just ignore that as it’s not preventing you to use and update the slider.
Hope this makes sense.
