    Hey there,

    This is not an issue but rather a spatial limitation in Fullscreen setup. In order for the image to display fully, it has to match the size of the screen. If not, the image will display cropped. Custom development is required to make this behave like you want but regretfully, this falls outside the scope of our support as this would be quite involved.
