I can’t even create a new slide because everytime i try to, it won’t save when I click the SAVE button in slide settings, thus not allowing me to even create a new slide. I click on the button and then, nothing happens. No loading, nothing. he same goes for my superfly menu. I try creating a new menu with it, and then when i click to save it, nothing happens, no saving, no loading, nothing. It’s really stressing me out… 🙁

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Thank you for the detailed explanation of the issue.

1.) & 2.) Can you try reinstalling both of this plugin? I am seeing javascript error when I checked.
3.) Please use this for home icon:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them both. They are still not working. I tried everything from reinstalling X theme to reinstalling the plugins. it still won’t work.

and the icons I need are the “Book” Icon for one menu item and the “User-Plus” Icon for another menu item

Thanks for your reply! The icons work great now. The problems that remain are my slider revolution and my superfly menu. I deactivated it and even uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins and still no luck. I also cleared my google of everything, cookies and all. Still no luck.

Hi there,

Hmm, there are many issues currently present on your installation. I don’t think it’s related to X theme or other plugins, there are many affected areas. Even the Jetpack plugin is throwing 36 error in the browser console.

Would it be okay if you create a clean installation on your site’s sub-directory? Just for comparison, if it works then maybe you could move your site content over there. Then move it live replacing your faulty site.
