micknaParticipantHi there,
I am sorry it seams that I miss something to get a static layer work.
I thought:
1) add one additional slide and e.g. type a fancy text
2) click on “Static/Global Layer” and choos this slide under the drop down
3) Now I should be able to set a “start on slide” and “end on slide” under general settings. Unfortunately this is greyed out….What I am missing here?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
How are you 🙂 Aren´t computers frustrating sometimes?
You created not a static layer but a normal slider.
Delete this “Static” Slider you created.
And click on the box on the very left, that will be your static layer.
See image attached.
Let us know if you need further help.

micknaParticipantHi Joao!
Great!!!
I believe more people will struggle with the drop down menu in the “static slider” box.
I thought it is to select a slide as static. But it is just to see an underlying slide to adjust the content…Thank you so much,
