    Hello,

    I rent a VPS for my customer.

    Each time I try to activate plugin Rev Slider

    I get http 500

    Need to delete the revslider folder to be able to return in plugin area.

    All other plugin seems to work properly.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    It seems related to your hosting environment/configuration. If it’s a manged VPS, you can reach to your provider about that. 500 Internal Server Error is mostly due to file permissions. Please try to edit the WordPress directory to 755 to see if it works. You can check the article in our Knowledge Base about Solutions to Potential Setup Problems). You will want to contact your host about this to see what they can do regarding this error.

    Just check and WP folder already to 755

    Like the mod security, memory etc.

    On my WHM I push the Memory_limit to 512

    This made my day
