Hi. I bought X-theme in last week and after couple hours of strugle with X-theme and trying setup with woocommerce I realize your theme wasnt right option for me. I opened ticket in Envato market for refund but it was close because “Closed due to inactivity.” How I can get money back and deactivate licence?

I have been using other paid theme for woocommerce and because it have lack of support I decide switch to X theme because I know you are best in support area. But because old theme came with build templates x theme messing up with theme and I dont have acknowledge to fix layout after switching to X.

I’d suggest you to rebuild the pages with X and in long-run you will be benefited since X always get updated and we are always here to assist if you face any trouble. Unfortunately we can’t help much with the issues that you faced for your old theme but let us know if you need any help with X.
