    Hi, I tried to add the responsive text shortcode to the “about us” custom headline. When I add it, the text disappears and a gray line is added in. Is there sometime different I should be doing?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    I have removed your responsive shortcode because it does not work inside a Custom Headline.

    In My opinion the Word about looks good on mobile, I did move the 200px you had put of padding on right and left side.

    I do recommend you that on the rows below you also don´t use 100px because px are an absolute measure and it doesn’t respond well on mobile, all your content is really squeezed, try using 10% instead of 10px or something like this, it will look much better on mobile.
