    Hi, I am working in Slider Revolution and can’t see another view outside of desktop. The responsive icons are missing (see attached). Do you know how to fix this?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have check each of your sliders and here is what I am seeing:

    It turns out that those sliders that has missing responsive icons, the slider layout is Auto. This is not a bug in the slider. Those icons will only display when you set custom grid sizes.
