    Hi,

I’ve decided to use the background image function to display full width images on my site (along with the gap element) but have ran into a snag in that the images are just clunky on mobile. i just need the images to resize responsively as they would normally when using the image element.

I’ve already made some changes to the page template with your help as you can see here and I’ve tried a few solutions on the forum but nothing works for me.

Here’s an example page – the only time I’ve used this technique as it’ll only be for super huge images that I want to display like this.

    Can you help?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for writing in! In that case make your image as an Image element instead (not a background). And then disable the ROW’s column container option, so the image can go fullwidth.

    Hope it helps, Cheers!

    Hi Friech,

I’m really silly for missing that one. Sorry about that and thanks for your help!

    Cheers,
