wonderfiireParticipantHi there,
I have three websites using Theme X all hosted with GoDaddy, and all of them are suffering from resource level issues. Either they are slow to load, don’t load or MAX out the memory causing them to simply become unresponsive. I have tried turning off plugins, going back to the basic theme and many other tasks…I have even bumped up the resources to the MAX on GoDaddy – but with the same problems occurring.
The attached resource level display is on a site which is NOT LIVE and only has ME currently on it.
GoDaddy simply blame the Theme and/or plugins.
Is there anything you can suggest?
Ben

John EzraMemberHi Ben,
Thanks for writing in! Since you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps we would suggest to you, there isn’t much more we can do. We can take a look but to see if we can spot anything our end, but I can’t promise that we will be able to find a fix. You may need to switch your hosting the site in question.
If you haven’t already tried it, you may want to consider hosting with us:
https://community.theme.co/get-hosting/
If you would like us to check, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Hope this helps – thanks!

wonderfiireParticipantThanks 🙂 I ended up switching to the hosted WordPress service with GoDaddy and the service has improved markedly.
