    Hi,

    I’ve build a website strontium.biz on themeX. It is repeatedly asking for validation of license. Once I do it it stays there for some time and again ask for the same. Also on the Customize section it is showing limited options. Lately it is not showing X & X-child on the Themes area. Please advice what is the problem and how it can be fixed.

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Username/ Password
    – License key (purchase code)

    Hi there,

    I can see X is validated and everything all set. You are referring the notice of Essential Grid which is not required unless you need direct support from them. Just dismiss the notice and it won’t appear again.

    Hi there,

    Did you migrate your site? I see following warning on top of WP page :

    All in One WP Migration is not able to create /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage folder. You will need to create this folder and grant it read/write/execute permissions (0777) for the All in One WP Migration plugin to function properly.

    Please fix this, disable security and caching plugins and if you still need help, provide us with FTP credentials.

    Hi there,

    I think it’s causing by the security plugin you are using. It seems revoking the validation. You can review your security settings by the plugin.
