LavanTernyParticipantHi,
Using OnePage Renew Theme. The menu bar stops working (no scroll) when adding the cubilis widget (booking/availability widget on the right of first section). This was working fine with UberMenu but without scroll. I reverted back to the standard menu to have the nice scroll function/focus (as not supported by UberMenu) but the menu is not working at all when I install this widget. The cubilis widget is a must have i fear for this client. Hope there is a solution. When de-activating the widget all is working fine.
Thks!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. As it’s normal now so can’t check the issue. Would you attach a screencast or something so that we can check what actually happening with UberMenu? We can activate UberMenu to check the issue, do you allow us to do so? Let us know how we could replicate this and assist you on this.
Cheers!

LavanTernyParticipantHi, well its not normal yet i fear. When you go to my site http://mywines.be and you try to click on the menu nothing happens. I tried in different browsers (latest versions) and two different devices and same issue.
This is when I use the standard menu bar. When you activate Ubermenu it works but it jumps immediatly to the section instead of scrolling.
Sure you may activate Ubermenu.Thks!

RadModeratorHi there,
One page menu is only applicable for X theme’s native menu. When you activate the UberMenu, it also removes the one-page integration. I already forwarded this as feature request, for the meantime, please check this other thread.
Thanks!

LavanTernyParticipantHi I know, but my problem is that the standard menu is not working when cubilis widget activated. I don’t need Uber Menu. It is just strange that it does work with Ubermenu (it goes to the sections) and not with the standard menu.
Could you please check why the standard menu is conflicting with the cubilis widget? Feel free to deactivate the cubilis widget to see the difference. The standard menu is not working at all when activated. Like mentoined before when you click nothing happens. (not talking about Ubermenu).
Hope it clarifies my issue,
Thks

RadModeratorHi there,
Yes, it could be due to the widget. But I can’t tell which specific script has the conflict since its libraries are compressed.
But, it does remove/block click event for hastagged links.
Thanks!

LavanTernyParticipantHi
What is strange is that it does work with Ubermenu. Not sure if it is really the widget. So unfortunatly I think I will not be able the onepage design. Client wants the cubilis booking widget intergrated.Anyway thanks for your help!

ChristopherModeratorThanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
