    I’m designing a site that needs a portfolio with the ability to sort. I need each portfolio item to have a clickable gallery (or slider?) of 4 images with thumbnails. Ideally with an individual description on to the right of the gallery for each item (not a general sidebar).

    Using Renew 4 portfolio as my example – how do I create this? how can I add thumbnails of each image? How can I change the sidebar?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Those aren’t possible with standard portfolio, what you need is Essential Grid and source as the portfolio.

    Setting featured image is standard in WordPress. You’ll able to find it on right sections while editing your post or portfolio.
