    Hey There,

    I recently bought a new copy of X theme and when I created the THEMCO account I was logged already and the licence got put on that account. Is there any way to remove the licence from that account so i can create a new account with the licence?

    Hi Bradley.

    Once you have created a new account please inform us details about the purchase number you would like to transfer and what is the destination account and we will forward it to our account manager so he can do that for you.

    I cant create a new account because the purchase code has already been used.

    We could free the purchase code from the current account so that you could use it in a new account. Kindly provide us with it in a private response so that we could process it further.
