    Hi,

    I am trying to speed up my site and I noticed that Font Awesome is a big chunk. How would I go about removing font awesome?

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for writing in! Please refer to this link https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/turning-off-fontawesome/ but please note that your changes that will be overwritten when an X update is released.

    I checked that out and tried to follow it but my directory was a bit different.

    /topdownreviews.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks that is where I found the icon file. I removed the line of code @font-face but it still seems to be loading the font awesome.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there,

    Here’s the correct path for Icon stack.

    /x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/icon.css

    Open the file using a text editor and find the following keyword.

    @font-face

    Then you should be able to locate the code.
