    Hi, I’ve tried looking everywhere online and changing countless settings but can’t seem to remove a blank space that has appeared above my page content and below the menu bar on both my homepage and another page. I have no coding experience, which may be the reason why nothing worked when I tried to change the css. Please could you help? I can send my wordpress login details, and links to the relevant pages, once I receive a reply.

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hi Nora,

    I’m another staff and I can confirm that the username & password are incorrect.

    Could you please double check again?

    Thanks.

    Hello There,

    Thank you for the updates! To resolve your issue and remove the blank space between you menubar and the page content, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

    body.page-template-template-blank-4 .hentry {
        margin-top: 0 !important;
    }

    If you need anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to open another thread.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately that didn’t work. Perhaps I’m not pasting it in correctly? Please could you have a look? I’m very new to all of this.

    Thanks a bunch!
