fatheaddrummerParticipantHi There,
I’ve tried all css classes and also searched the forum for this, but didn’t find a solution. How can I remove the space between my custom headline and the text-element?
Also, How can I center the text in the button vertically?
Thanks!

FriechModeratorHi Christian,
Thanks for writing in! The
<p>is one that is causing a bottom margin to your custom headline. You don’t need to wrap the custom headline with a<p>and<span>to center and change the color of it. Please update your headline shortcode to this:[x_custom_headline level="h1" looks_like="h2" accent="false" class="cs-ta-center" style="color: #fff;"]Get killer mixing and mastering services[/x_custom_headline]Please point us which button you’re referring to, the “Request free preview now” button is already vertically center.
Cheers!

fatheaddrummerParticipantHi There,
There’s no issue with visual composer. I just don’t know how to use the code you provided me with in the previous message…
I just want to remove the space between custom headline and text element….
I am new to all of this, so please give ma a very exact step by step guide how to achieve this.
Thank you very very much!
Best, Christian

LelyModeratorHello Christian,
No problem. We’re here to guide you.
Since you are using visual composer, we can always add class like man or mtn mbn. Click the element and then on the class field add the class you needed. You may refer to this link:https://community.theme.co/kb/css-class-index/ for the description of those classes. See also attached screenshot.Hope this helps.

fatheaddrummerParticipantDear Lely,
Thank you very much for your reply!
I mentioned in my very first post that I’ve already tried working with classes but it didn’t work out. Could you help me finding out why? When I add the class the margin is indeed removed (google chrome inspector shows me), but the spacing between the headlines remains the same….
Thanks!
