It’s a built in feature of portfolio items.

eg.

You can edit the text under Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Labels

If you would like it removed, you can add the code below under Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global CSS

When I write in HIGH CAPS it is only to emphais something. It is not being rude or hostile.
