    Hello,
    I have two anchor tags on my home page which is a one page navigation page with an additional link to a Contact page. In this scenario I only want the Home page to have the current_page_item on the Home menu item and not have it on the anchor tags.

    I still want it to work the same way during hover and everything like that but the anchor links should never look like they are the current_page_item. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    In your Menu > Custom Link > URL

    add #yourid instead of adding the whole URL.
