Please help. I loaded X theme and verified my purchase code and assigned our site.
Then I had to remove and reload X Theme and now my purchase code isn’t working.Thanks.
Hi Guys,
Please try following these steps:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know how it goes,

my problem is a bit different.
I purchase the license and install X-theme at one page.
But I don’t use it. I uninstall the theme.
Now I need the theme for another Homepage.
I install x-theme …
your steps doesn’t go, I don’t have a button to revoke the validation.

We removed the site assignment by clicking the X next to the URL.
Then added the purchase code and it worked. We then reassigned the site.
It worked!Thank you.
FYI Folks. It helps to have the theme active when you do this. DUH!
The Addons won’t show in the Dashboard unless the X Theme is active.Joao in Support, thanks for your speedy reply.
