mat_kinotekParticipantis there a way to make sure that the checkout fields are centered in the screen, each time that i go forward with the multitep check out?
Trying to explain better: I want to make sure that each time i hit ‘next’ in my multistep checkout (here: https://cherrylaser.com/shop/checkout/ , you have to add any product first ) the next section is centered in the screen, so the next fields are always visible. As it is now, after I hit ‘next’ in the shipping section (after filling the fields in the ‘ship to different address’ section) the center of the screen stays midway between the gallery and the bottom portion of the checkout, and the customers have to scroll up to see the next check out section. This is really annoying and counter-intuitive. How can i make sure that the check-out section is always at the center of the scree?
Thanks!June 18, 2016 at 3:13 am #1048240
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! I could not replicate the issue. I am seeing this:
http://prntscr.com/bhuebj
http://prntscr.com/bhuely
http://prntscr.com/bhueoxRegretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thank you.

mat_kinotekParticipanthi, I’ll try to explain better:
My issue is that when the customers hit ‘next’ after having filled in the form in the shipping section, the ‘order info’ section doesn’t appear centered to the screen. I want to have all the steps of the check out visible and centered in the screen, so the users can see the forms in the next steps, without having to scroll up.
Screenshot ‘step1’ shows what the user sees when hitting ‘next’.
screenshot ‘step2’ shows what the user sees at the next step, with the information horizontally truncated.
screenshot ‘good3’ is what I want the user to see instead of ‘step2’.I need a way to automatically scroll up when the user goes into the ‘order info’ section, so he can see all the details centered in the screen, not truncated.
How can I do that?
Thanks so much!June 19, 2016 at 11:00 pm #1049955
RadModeratorHi there,
Ah, you mean the scroll top position. I think you should contact the plugin’s author. It’s Yith Woocommerce Multi-Step Checkout in which controls your checkout process. There is no reason for it to scroll to that position upon load because X theme scrolls only with URL ID.
Thanks!
