demonboyParticipantGetting a little frustrated with the recent posts shortcode – perhaps I’m not understanding something. The size of the image is defined by the title of the post, which means some images are larger than others. I’m trying to list 80-odd posts eventually, each with different length titles. This results in a messy, cluttered bunch of thumbnails all over the page. How do I size each thumbnail equally, essentially cutting the title short after the thumbnail reaches 150px wide?
Thanks.

demonboyParticipantHi, thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately this has only half-worked. The height is correct but the widths still vary.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have investigated the issue and it turns out that you are trying to have 150 items in the recent post element. Please be advise that the recent post element will display up to 4 items only. Since you have added 150 (count=”150″), you lost the styling particularly the width of the post items. Please edit your page and be sure to change 150 to just 4 only. It will surely resolve the width issue.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

demonboyParticipantUnfortunately this is not the solution I’m looking for. I’m trying to list all posts within a category. Is there a way to show posts, like in the blog page (www.followtheboat.com/blog), but just for a specific category?

Paul RModeratorHi,
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
