MarilynParticipantI’ve destroyed the development site with the purchased code in it.
This was only purchased today so all versions are current.
I am unable to revoke/unassign in my Themeco account.
I click on the X as directed but this only takes me to a demo page that tells me to buy a new licence.
I’ve followed a suggestion about ‘substituting user name here’ in a themeco URL but that takes me to a ‘Page not found’.
Not prepared to waste any more time on this.
Too hard, guys.
As I am logged in, I assume you know where to find my details.
Solution please.July 31, 2016 at 5:11 am #1110831
ChristianModeratorHey Marilyn,
Thanks for writing in. Please give us your purchase code in a private reply and I’ll forward this to our accounts manager.

RubinKeymasterHey There,
We will also need the WordPress admin credentials in order to be able to log in and troubleshoot why your validation is not working.

MarilynParticipantIt is your part of the process that is not working.
I am supposed to be able to reassign from your logged in area.
It says so in all your many many many forum topics. This is the messaage I get in y admin:
‘Your code looks valid but it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and reassign within your themeco account’.
It is impossible to do this. All attempts take me back to your demo site.
Be aware that I am about to abandon this exercise and find another template.
Your support ‘help’ mechanism is rudimentary, to say the least. I have to login and check if there is an answer to my replies (no email to let me know that there has been a reply) and then I get fobbed off with ‘send me something else’. Because of time lag and your processes this exercise has been going on for days when it is probably a one minute fix.
I’d escalate this beyond helpdesk, if I were you.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
As Rubin (Our Account Manager) mentioned we need your WordPress Admin Credentials in a private reply in order that we can verify what is wrong with your website registration.
Please kindly provide us and we will be able to help you today.
Regarding the Support Forum on the very top of this thread you can hit Subscribe and you will receive notifications via email.
Here is the Step by Step process that should work to register your site, you can even try yourself before providing us your WP Admin Credentials, but if you prefer that you take care of it for you just provide the credentials.
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation. If you haven“t registered skip to step 2.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Let us know the credentials and we will look after you.
Thanks
Joao

JoaoModeratorHi Marilyn,
Before I require help from our account manager would mind just confirming you have switched your domain link from your Themeco account.
To confirm that, click on this link and than manage my licenses.
https://community.theme.co/my-account/
Thanks
