I’d like to know what forum plugin this forum (in theme.co) is and if it is compatible with the Agency Demo X theme I have installed on my website. I like the format and layout and would like to replicate it on my site.

Our member area is a custom development so you won’t be able to recreate a 1:1 replication of this member area with X but we’ve got some nice examples of our bbPress integration you can view here:
