I made a multisite under one domain /EN, /CN /FR based on the language.
Do I need to purchase seperate x theme for each of them while the site is the same except language?
Please let me know.

Thanks for writing in! If you have this format:
http://example.com/en/
http://example.com/cn/
http://example.com/fr/All you need is just one license.
On the other hand, if you have this format:
http://en.example.com/
http://cn.example.com/
http://fr.example.com/You will need three different licenses because they are considered of different sub domains unlike the later which is just under one single domain.
Hope this explains it briefly.
