Debora GParticipantHi there,
I’d like to assign one of my licenses to the website owner in a new account.
Can I please have your assistance on this?
Thanks,

RahulModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Please login to your account and assign the license. You must insert in this format your-domain.com or the url of your site (WP dashboard > General > Settings) and you can also insert the url of your dev site.
If still not working, please do logout, clear your browser’s cache and login to your account again. You can even use Chrome’s incognito mode to make sure that you can assign a site from your account.
Please let us know how it goes.

https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/assigning-support-access-to-client/Are we talking about the same thing?
Thanks,

RupokMemberHi Debora,
Sorry for the confusion. We’ll free up the mentioned license key so that you can create another account with that. We’ll update you.
Cheers!

RubinKeymasterHey There,
The purchase code is freed up and can be used to create a new account or add it to an existing one.
