    This is the previous topic, but the issues are happening again….

    I have stopped my cache plugins and even jetpack.. but the issue still persists.

    I have no idea why its happening, please help guys!

    Hi Dan,

    Can you provide your login credentials again since the credentials on other thread seems changed. \

    Meantime you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi there,

    It’s due to facebook comment and it’s unable to connect to facebook to retrieve the number count. And it’s happening randomly, depending on the connectivity between the two. Please disable it for now.

    Rad thanks so much for your help… I found it was totally random too! I love facebook comments, but its a small price to pay for a working site! thank you so much 😀
