Hi,
I purchased 2 licenses for X theme. One for myself and one for a clients website. I purchased it on the same account, so I only have my own personal login for the knowledge base. I would like to create a second login for knowledge base to go with the second license of x theme that I have. How do I go about getting this second login created?

Hi, Thanks, but where exactly is the link for members area registration process or how do I get there? You freed up the purchase code, but back to the original question, how exactly do I create the second login with this purchase code? Can you please provide more detail on how to create a second login using a new purchase code.

Use the purchase code with a combination of an Envato account and open a new Themeco account here:

You will need:
Purchase code(above)
Envanto Account username.

You can’t / we can’t change envato accounts as thats something that won’t work / we do not have access to the envato user accounts. We only can manage the accounts here for you.

You are mixing up Envato Accounts and Themeco Accounts. We have no control over Envato accounts. We’ve freed up the purchase code so you can create a new dedicated Themeco account. If you do not want to have two separate Themeco accounts you can add the purchase code back to your account by going to Account > Manage Licenses and enter the purchase code.
