    I purchased this theme a few days ago, installed it and have yet to be able to verify the site. It says
    Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

    WHen I click on details, pop up is empty with the exception of the go back button.

    In addition to the complete lack of ability to contact a support team which is advertised as available 24/7 this is a very bad start.

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Purchase code
