Hello,
I’m trying to registering a purchase code but am getting this message.
“This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”
I thought maybe I had another account that I must have added it to but it doesn’t appear that there is one under any of my other email addresses so I’m not sure what to do.
