kboslandParticipantHi I have three x theme licenses. I just bought a new one and validated it via wordpress. I am working in a staging environment and validated it from there, and then want to make sure I can move it to the production when I am ready. I can’t see on my themeco login where to add it. It simply shows the other two I bought and then when I add it it said it was already validated.
Thanks,

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url:
https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
Hope that helps

kboslandParticipantI am having trouble with revoking the license. I went and unassigned it. But I can’t find where to revoke it. I tried to reassign it to my login instead of my clients but it still think it is attached to the other one. I have two logins, one for me and one for client and I put the license on the clients login. I did go to x addons and removed the unvalidated from wordpress.
Thanks for your help.

kboslandParticipantSorry, that does not work, it is in the assign state, but it needs to be on another login. I put it on my clients login by accident.

kboslandParticipantThat is not the problem. The problem is it connected to the wrong themeco login. I need it on mine, not the one it is on. I mistakenly was logged into another account when I connected. It is still on the wrong account. I appreciate your assistance.

kboslandParticipantAny luck on this? I am quite worried that I have this on the wrong account.

RubinKeymasterHey There,
Log into the other account and go to Account > Manage Licenses and remove the validation of the site / remove the site. Then go into your other account and go to Account > Manage Licenses and add the site and validate it with the new purchase code. Once that’s done you’re all set!

kboslandParticipantHi I have done this, several times. I get this error:
This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.
For the registered account I clicked on the x and unassigned the site. The license is still listed there, I am not sure how to remove it completely. I have included all relevant logins in this post, so please feel free to try it.
Thanks,
Kathy -
