I have two accounts at Themeco (business & private) and I bought 6x x-theme
We moved a site from a preview domain tot the real domain and we want to install the bought x-Theme so we can validate and cornerstone will work properly but we cannot validate because it says ‘already been registered’.
can you tell us what is wrong? Or did we choose the wrong code? I cannot find the code in both ‘manage my licenses’

The first entry on your license page: https://community.theme.co/users/martgroen/licenses/ is the bolster-preview.com url. You can add the dev site url underneath. If you still are having problems we would need WordPress login credentials to take a deeper look.
Hi there,
As we have revised our product validation process recently. You will need to have the latest X theme and Cornerstone versions in-order to validate your site properly. You can see the latest version numbers here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).
You can manually update it once (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/) and then you will receive automatic updates for future version releases.
